My name is Sarah Gillman. I'm the owner and manager of Gillman & Co. Virtual Services.

With 30 years of customer service and retention experience across banking, telecommunications, and insurance, I know what it takes to build great teams and lasting customer relationships. I've trained phone center agents, written training materials, monitored performance, and managed people at every level.

 

When I'm not working, you can find me reading, gardening, singing, or playing saxophone — because a full life makes for a better professional.
